Senseo 7650 - Milk function not working

Hello.

My Senseo makes perfect coffee but the milk device doesn't deliver milk.

I set it for cappuccino ( so it can't be a wrong setting )
It is a brand new milk container/dispenser unit (so it shouldn't be the problem?)

I thought that it may be the nozzle that you connect the milk container/dispenser to that is blocked, but I ran a descaling process where you have to push the descaling tool into that same nozzle and the descaling must have been done correctly as the descale/clean light does not light up.

I got the senseo from a friend and I think it had not been used for some time, so maybe some pipe within the body of the senseo that is part of the milk frothing/delivery is blocked ? but how to unblock it?

I've run the clean process several times to clean the milk container but it doesn't help?
