Can you look at the file via your PC and check if it is BDP7500_S_B.BIN

Hi,

- got to the support website of your player
- download the update to your desktop
- extract the ZIP file to your desktop
- format an USB stick with FAT
- create the folder "UPG_ALL" on this USB stick
- copy the "BDP7500_S_B.BIN" into that folder

Finally: USB-Stick:\UPG_ALL\BDP7500_S_B.BIN

- plug in
- start update

Hi,

load factory defaults after the update and setup your player again.

What exactly happens, when you start a non-working BD? What is displayed in the display of the BDP?

Oke i did load factory defaults en en setuped the player again.

Does not work,UNKNOWN is displayed in the display.I can hear the player, the laser? when it tries to read the discs it starts and stops everytime and then it says unknown disc.
Some bluray disc's i can play and others it says unkwnow

if it is unknown disc then your device has to be checked by service

Yes i think so to,it has still 2 weeks of warranty.I have the player almost 2 years now.
The display appears after 10 to 15 minutes,so thats not good to.
