Problem with Greek subtitles on 42PFL4307H-12

There have been past almost 4 months since I've posted a thread for this problem. Philips has also upgrade the software many times. I wonder if it's so difficult to solve the problem (???)

Apologies for the late reply.
Greek subtitles are and will NOT be supported in these models.
