View Full Version : Ambilight switches on when USB recording starts in standby

Hello,

I recently purchased a 40PFL8007K TV.


When a program is scheduled to be recorded via EPG and the recording starts in standby mode, the ambilight is switched on and stays on after the recording has finished.

I tried/checked a fwe things:
* Unplugging the main power, wait a few minutes and plugging in again.
* Installing the latest TV firmware.

Nothing helps.

Does anyone has the same problem?

I hope someone can help me.

Hello Knarie,

The issue of Ambilight "switching on when it shouldn't" and "not switching off when it should" is well known.
I have been reporting this problem for my 2011 model (32PFL7606H/12) since April.

sorry about the delay in response.

There is now come new software versions, Please update to latest and report back the result after this is done..
