How to install SW digital manual?

Just installed SW 014.100 with an USB stick. But trying to do the same for "Software upgrade voor digitale handleiding", 2012-06-18 fails.
The screen reaction is:"geen leesbare bestanden", what can be wrong?

Hi,

- use FAT formatted USB stick
- make folder called "upgrades" on the USB stick
- copy the manual.upg into that folder
- plug in USB stick
- go into TV setup and choose local updates
