For the past two days my HTS3106 home theater system wont go to Netflix. Netflix app came installed on it already. Netflix told me it was a problem with philips.

I solved the problem myself. I had to deactivate my devices ( my blue ray) from my netflix account. I really thought since I have registered my product and bought extra warranties on the Philips product, I would have some type of helpful service with the product. Now I see Philips service is completely useless I am going to return the Blue Ray Home theater and go to another brand that works better and better customer service. Thanks
