I'm currently in a motorhome, on cable, and have a problem that the RV park hasn't heard of and neither has the cable company. I was advised to ask Phillips or a Phillips forum. Here's the problem.

I bought a Philips 22" 22PFL3504D 720P 60Hz Flat Panel LCD HDTV a few weeks ago (used) and sometimes a certain channel works OK for a few minutes before going blank then I get a message that says:

Insert a Valid Access card (762)
RID: 0128 2675 9552

This went on for several days, now the channel displays a bouncing (like the old Pong game) DirectTV logo.

What's going on?

The issue is not with the TV but with your DirecTV Satellite Box.

The access card in the box is either loose or the card reader has gone bad. Please contact DirecTV support @ 1-800-531-5000 to get your issue solved.
