Error message - two usb devices

I have a smart TV 32PFL5007K/12.
The problem is that when I try to format the HDD, according to the user manual, I get an error message that there are two USB devices connected.

Can you tell how I solve this problem?

Hi,

is firmware 93.0 installed on your TV (only via USB stick possible at the moment).

Try to format the HDD on your PC first (control panel, computer management)...

Hi,

it does not matter how to format the disc on windows - your TV will reformat the HDD again (and then the HDD is only usable with the TV).
