I play my video file from USB and there was no problem.
Whem i play the same files from my Synology 212+ NAS he can't read the SRT file!

any one a solution?

Might be your media browser that does not support it... try different one..

These are external subtittles files no? As it looks that the muxed .srt yes do work....http://www.supportforum.philips.com/en/archive/index.php/t-8260.html
