View Full Version : AD7000w - working fine then flashing red light

11-18-2012, 02:06 PM
suddenly my AD7000w is flashing green for about 30 seconds and then going to a red light, leaving me unable to connect it to the wi-fi

Any ideas - I've turned it off and back on but no change

Leave it unplugged for a bit like 5 minutes and reconnect

hi jk1000, if what pacman suggested not help, it's still in blinking red light and pressing the wifi button gives you nothing, we have nothing more to do except bringing it to service.
sorry for you. it's firmware/ upgrade failure issue.

Hi Philips Team,

I have received your email and download the attachments but right now I cannot access my speaker. Its always on a flashing red status and no matter what I do I cannot connect it to my wifi so cannot perform FW update.

Hi All,

I just had a 1-1 exchange on my faulty speaker since it was still under warranty.

When I reached home I updated the FW directly after setup and for 2days now So far so good.

Hopefully no more issues from now on.

Thanks again for the support. Appreciate it much.
