Can I stream from my turntable/cd seperates to wireless speakers?

I have been in to several shops but I have been unable to get a solid answer.

I have hifi separates (cd,turntable and amp). If I hooked up the line out of my amp to the line in of the AW1000/10 would I be able to stream this to a Philips AW speaker?

If not is there any other way to stream music from my turntable to another room (I have good wires speakers in the living room but would like to listen to vinyl around the house)

Hi !

You can connect a line out from your Amp to Line in on the soundcard of a PC and use ShoutCast in the PC to set up a UPnP server that streams the input form the Line in to a WiFi connected (UPnP) speaker such as the AW1000.
The drawbacks are that you must have the PC running and you will have a rather severe delay from the input signal until you hear it in the UPnP speaker (up to 30 seconds (!) is not unusual).
