Problem: 58PFL9955 shattering view (see image)

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: when I am switching between some modes (e.g. watch tv or NET tv, or some else mode) my TV is giving some shatter view, see images. I have to reboot the tv, then the shattering are gone. I've the newest software and the tv is 3 weeks old! What should I do?

Hi,

that looks bad - I suggest to contact your local shop to replace your tv - or you contact philips service hotline (service ticket number) and send them the images.
