When I want to play a MKV movie on my tv trough DLNA from my NAS. I almost get an error all the time because the audio format isn't supported by Phillips. I was wondering if one of you knows a way to solve this?

Hi ReUniTy,

You can find the supported audio/video files in the attached image.1594

For further details please check the instruction manual for your 42pfl4307h/12 TV on the pages 62-63 here (http://download.p4c.philips.com/files/4/42pfl4307h_12/42pfl4307h_12_dfu_eng.pdf)

Yes well, I was trying to play a MKV file with DTS audio, Philips doesn't support it (yet). Do you know why, because it's a very common codec and I don't want to convert all my MKV's to a ACC or AC3 codec. So as a costumer I would've expected that Philips would have thought about supporting one of the most common audio formats, because now I end up with a expensive tv that's useless when it comes to DLNA.
