Can you confirm what sources this is occuring on, and how you are connected to your external devices?

Is this happening every time you turn the television on?

everytime i turn tv on; after approx 10 minutes the last couple of days it is ok;connected via cable(digital) but also analog give same problem
only 2 days every thing seems ok but since then the same
