View Full Version : Fails to Locate Monitor Half the Time

For no apparent reason, the monitor doesn't appear in the iphone app about half the time. I come back an hour later sometimes and, lo and behold, there's the monitor. There's no rhyme or reason for this alternating failure or success. The wifi network is fully functioning at all times; I can stream music, download documents, surf the web, etc. This obviously is unacceptable. Please let me know if there's a solution or whether I should return this for a refund. Many thanks.

We have a new version of iOS app - v2.2. This version will improve the stability. Would you please have a try on this?
