B120/37 Humidity Alert?

I have had no problem setting up my new B120/37 but the box and instructions clearly show the ability to set up an alert for humidity (in addition to motion, sound, temperature). When I view the camera in the app, I see what the humidity level currently is but it does not appear in Settings under Alerts Enabled. The water drop symbol does not appear as shown in the manual. Any suggestions? This feature is very important to us.
