bdp9600 disk is stuck inside

i have a problem with the bdp9600/h12
a disk is stuck inside after watchting a move i press eject button but the disk not wants to go out
the draw goes normal open en close only with out the disk :( is there one trick for that or something?
i get more and more angry with philips bad firmwares en go so on

i have try that many times but no action the movie is still stuck inside i think that he must go for repair
he is not jet 5 months old or is there a other thing that i can try?

you can only try to push the eject button many time during starting the BDP... if that does not work -> service.
