EPG-IP not working. Why is this application so unstable? What is Philips going to do about it?

EPG worked this afternoon for a few hours. Great job, Philips. By the way: broke down again, only black screen... I'm saving money to buy a real smart TV. Can't wait to buy a Samsung! Really dissapointed about Philips. For more than a year problem with EPG and Philips isn't able to solve it.

"NetTV EPG is not available" - And this for more than one week, the Philips support, software and service is incredible poor, no EPG over Christmas days and at the turn of the year. This is a unique manifestation of inability.

I really love the picture quality of my PFL 7605 and I won't miss ambilight, but this is enough. Now I'll look for a Samsung or Panasonic.

The IP/EPG is still not working, in the last days there is a disorder message from philips, today no contact.
Is there someone working on this problem? Even we can't see the the recorded movies.

Currently IPEPG & NetTV is down
This is SUCH a waste of time since Philips isn't doing anything about it.

I was really looking forward to some scheduled recordings with my family.
Imagine the embarrassement... Sitting there with the family.. Trying to explain, what exactly. ??

Remarkable: EPG-IP worked for two days. Of course it's empty now again. How is it possible that a company like Philips can deliver such an unreliable TV? The answer can't be anything but: they don't care, obviously.
