View Full Version : Cannot change clock-settings

Bought the 46PFL9707S/12 Smart TV last week and it won't record properly as the internal clock/time settings are incorrect.

I have followed the instructions to correct this but the instruction do not match with what I see on screen. The clock option under general settings is simply not there.

From the online manual:
"To correct the TV clock, press home symbol, select Gear symbol Setup and press OK.
Select TV settings > General settings > Clock and select Country dependent.
Select Daylight saving and select the appropriate setting.
To set the time and date manually, select Manual. Then select Time or Date."

I can't schedule any recordings.

PS as I have not been able to get this to work. Does the TV also record in standby mode or only when it's on?

I notice a similar behaviour on our 42PFL6057H/12.
On the SmartTV page the time and date on the right top side sometimes are incorrect.
After selecting Options -> Reload Page / Pagina opnieuw laden, time and date are corrected.
That said, updating only occurs if connected with internet?
