i just bought the as140/37 for my Galaxy Note 2 and I know this sounds stupid but i cannot get the phone to plug onto the dock and i dont dare force it for fear of damage to the ports on the dock and my phone. the dock and plug on my cord for my phone look the same . I have the orientation correct just wont plug in. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if it can be fixed without returning the unit. thanx
