I have a one year old Philips GoGear RaGa 4GB player (S/N: JF1A10110034). It has worked fine until now. Right now, I am unable to power my device up meaning that POWER ON button does not do anything. I have tried the following troubleshooting actions but without any help:

• I tried to load the battery via USB (even for hours)
• When device is connected to my PC via USB, I am able to select "Charge and transfer" but battery indicator isn't charging
• Pressed RESET button with sharp object -> no help
• Downloaded Songbird and tried it's repair function -> no help

My question is: Is there a way to change the battery of my device?
