DS3100 - great docking system BUT when using with the Philips Iphone app then if the sleep timer is used then 15 minutes after it has finished playing the DS3100 turns itself off which then locks the iphone screen so that next morning the alarm plays only a sound through the iphone speakers and no sound/music through the dock.
I have setup the app and iphone settings as per instructions including the iphone lcok screen disabled but the DS manual is clear that after 15 mins without music the dock station will turn off so this is always going to loick the iphone screen.

If I do not use the sleep timer and manually turn off the DS and THEN reset the iphone lock so the app is still visible then of course the alarm works ok.

So it seems I can only have either a sleep timer or an alarm!

How can I use the sleep timer AND the alarm?

Hi
I've just received as a gift a DS3800W/10.
After switching it on, I was able to follow the instructions to connect the unit to my wifi. It worked for about 1 minute.
I then powered off and on. Since then, every-time I power on and after the rear light finishes it's rapid flashing during boot-up, the light flashes yellow and red.
I have tried reset by pressing +/- in all manner of combinations (power off, power on, before boot, after boot, with power held down, etc).
The device refuses to connect and refuses to reset.
Assistance required please!!!
