Hi there,
I have purchased a WAS6050 mainly to stream music from my Netgear Readynas NV+ NAS server.

I also have a WAK3300, which has been working fine and therefore wanted another unit. I therefore decide to purchase the WAS6050 to complement this. The WAS3300 have always worked fine, and still are.

The WAS6050 however is a different story.

When connecting the WAS6050 with an ethernet connection I some times ( maybe 1 in 10) get a connection to the server. When trying with a WIFI connection I hardly ever get a server connection at all.

I have upgraded the firmware to the current level (was6050_05_fus_eng) with no change at all.
I have also tried the WAS6050 in another network, and same problem there. upnp server connection is basically non exsistent there as well.

Anyone experienced this?

Reg.
Gøran

We have a WAC700 and have just bought some mp3 downloads which I am trying to export to the WAC system. We have done this previously on many occasions without problems but this time, it is constantly coming back saying "WAC responds busy". I have tried both the WADM and the WACHandler software. We have Bitdefender as our antivirus but I don't think it is a firewall issue as it lets me both edit and delete tracks once they are on. We are running 64bit Windows 7. I have tried everything and am at my wits end - does anyone have any ideas please? I have also tried copying over CD's ripped from the pc to the WACS but again come up with the same error message.
