BDP7500 MKII not detecting network cable

Hello My Blu Ray DVD Player BDP7500 MKII is not detecting the network by cable. I changed a lot of cables but the same message of network not found appear any bright ideas. Thanks

does the LAN port on the back have LEDs? If yes, do they react in some way?

Yes the Lan Port (Switch) has lights.
When I connect the DVD no light comes on tried changing a lot of cables same problem. Other devices like LG Smart Tv is working fine from the same switch.

when you connect the LAN cable to the LAN port an no LAN-port-LED goes on, then I think your LAN port is broken.
