Philips App Not working
When I select Philips APP, the TV shows a blank dark screen with a thin horizontal line.
The technician told it is the server problem.
The Web browsing app is working, any way.
I had bought this TV four days back. On the first day, this Philips Apps was working. I even paired Youtube with my Galaxy Note and browsed and ran videos. After that the aforesaid problem has come.
Can philips advise me what to do?

Is this site working. Is philips support alive? It seems to be a mistake to buy a Philips TV. It hangs now and then. Local Philips service technician upgraded the software. Now the problem persists. It seems to be a big mistake to buy Philips when Samsung and LG are there. My friends have these two brands, they are working flawlessly.
Is this what Philips could offer a customer who bought your product amidst the ad campaign of the other two brands? I am seriously contemplating to approach the local consumer court.
