32PFL5604H/12 1/4 of the screen is dark

Help, is there anyone who knows why these is happening?

My Tv 32PFL5604H12 has the same problem. The Philips is a good brand and this problem is about the bad screen. Why Phlilips said I need to pay when we know is not our fault. I wanna try to Philips fix my tv for free, is my right.Attachment 1811

Could you please confirm yopu have updated the Software to the latest?(26.78)
Does this appear on the menu of the TV?
