Streaming problems with MediaConnect WiFi-dongle

I will describe the problem i have. I have a new Philips TV with MediaConnect and a WiFi dongle from Philips. Everything is connected by WiFi with a Belkin 54g Router.

But now when i want to stream my PC screen it's very slow, when moving the cursor i have to wait for 10 seconds or more to see it happen on the TV screen.

My PC is a HP DV7 series laptop.

I think the problem is the 54g Router, even when i slow the bitrate down as far as possible in the MediaConnect software there's no difference. Can anyone help me?

try to reboot your router...

post your computer hardware spec here.
1 thing to try is connecting your laptop or your TV, or both to your router with a cat5 cable. This will eliminate the wifi as the issue
