I have got an Philips DS8550/10 and a Iphone 4 with iOS 6.0.1. When i put my phone in the dockingstation it
doesn't respond. It is only working with the bluetooth connection.
My brother has the same iphone and the same iOS and the dockingstation is working with his phone.
I don't know what to do to make it work, i already called the support in the Netherlands and they told me to wait for an update for the dockingstation or to reboot my phone.
I already reboot my phone and installed the app but it still doesn't work.
What do i need to do?
I had a DS8550/10 for iPad3 use. It would not charge te iPad3 but did charge the iPhone 4s with iOS 6.0.1
Afraid I do not recall if it played music etc from the iPhone as I was interested in the charging aspect. The DS8550/10 has been sent back due to not charging the iPad3.
Looking in the matrix on the faq it is indeed not compatible, if the dealer told you so (looking at your other thread) then go back indeed....
