Unknown disc message

I have a BDP5200/79 , SYSTEM SW : 1.61 , ii try to watch a movie and it keeps telling me its an unknown disc. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi,

does the movie worked in the past? If yes, your disc loader is broken (hardware). If it's a new movie, maybe the player need a further update (in this case post the barcode number of the disc).
