Hello,
I have a problem with connecting USB devices on my TV. It only accepts 1 connected device. If i try to connect a usb drive and a keyboard the TV enters a restart loop. It also restarts when playng mkv's from an external usb HDD when trying to fast forward.
Also the whole firmware is very slow especially the smart tv function.
Is there a solution for theese proble or will they be corected in the next firmware?

Do you got the latest Software installed on your TV ? (version 96) If not, you might want to update the TV.

I have the latest firmware.
I tried different USB devices (HDD, Stick, Keyboards etc) and it always restarts when I connect a second device. I tried different ports with no result. Only once when I connected the HDD to USB1 it didn't restart immediately, however it restarted when I tried to play a video.
I also noticed that it restarts when scanning for analog TV stations. The digital ones scan ok.

I have tried an ADATA 1TB HDD (USB 3.0), 1 Verbatim 8GB USB Stick(USB2.0) and 1 Kingston 4GB USB Stick(USB2.0). Also my keyboard is a Microsoft wireless 800 (keyboard and mouse). The HDD does not have an external supply.
For scanning I used the TVs internal tuner. It detects all digital channels and the restarts when starting analogic. I disabled the analogic channels from the menu and the I was able to only scan the digital with no problems.
I also noticed that the Fastforward and rewind functions do not work in videos (both mkv and mp4)
