Power-On Issue with 40PFL7007H/12

Hi all, I would like to report an issue which is quite annoying. At start-up time it looks like the TV does nor react to the start button. It takes about 3 minutes to power-on, usually at the first start-up of the day. Subsequent start-ups work as expected (in a few seconds).
My software level: 0.150.83.0
RC : 0.12.0.0

Another minor issue is the automatic Wifi connection at TV start-up: I did not find any option to disable this feature.

Does anyone have any suggestions about this issue? Does Philips know whether it will be fixed in a next firmware release?
