I have just purchased a mp3 player and i have to say it is the biggest load of BS i have ever had or had to deal with. Songbird wont pick it up and i have loaded, uninstalled, restarted computer 5 times. what a waste of money. I even tried the live chat and they were useless. Sorry if this sounds rude, but i am a little annoyed. I have put it in the bin, but i needed to tell you people your mp3's are crap. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
