When I turn TV on - it always shows MENU first

Hello,

when i turn ON my tv LCD 42PF9731D/10 then the TV always shows MENU first, so i must manually push button MENU and then it dissapears.

What is wrong...how to cancel that MENU to dissapear.

- disconnect mains (2 minutes)
- update software to version 0.101.0.0

That is my problem, i cant upgrade because it doesn't recognize my USB. I have formated it properly FAT and also FAT32, but still doesnt work for me...

try it with manual method:

- create a folder "upgrades"
- put autorun.upg in this folder
- press menu - setup - software update - local update

i upgraded TV to latest firmware, but it still shows MENU when i turn on TV...

Hi,

disconnect all cables. Pull power cord. Wait 2 Minutes. Replug power cord only. Make factory reset.
