Does anyone have the emailaddress for the blu-ray supportteam in the Netherlands?
It was on the site but not anymore.
I want to complain about my blu-ray player which is not playing back 3d discs properly. I've posted it on the correct section on this forum but nothing seems to be done about my problems.
Hi, I guess you issue with playing discs are down to software. However, yes there is currently no e-mail option on the webpage at the moment. I would recommend you to use the chat option. I have only positive things to say about the chat!:)
