My time is running out and soon i guess my supplier will exchange the phones to another brand, that would be bad for all parties. I am also informing about this to a "hi-fi forum", there is a couple of more users interested and also potential buyers, waiting for info how/ if this can be solved.
Please advise urgently if possible
Ps! Please note my problem could be different from Marks above. However i just tried listening to a book and just as mark describes the first word dissapperes (likely when the phones are connecting to the unit, phone).
our team was able to reproduce the issue and currently works on the solution. I will keep you updated.
@Jojo7: I would recommend you to return the phones for a repair as suggested by a dealer.
I am sorry for the late response, our team was looking into the issue.
Unfortunately, this is an iOS issue. This behaviour is not seen when pairing & connecting Android devices. It does not limit only Philips headphones, but also other brands & other products that support AAC over Bluetooth. We are afraid that we can only wait for the iOS update to resolve this issue.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
