USB multimedia not working Videos on PFL7695H after Firmware update? Or why not open videos . where is fix ?

does the TV not recognize your USB Drive or is just not playing the Media?
Which Kind of Media is it exactly? and which kind of USb Drive?

my media playing before but later not. I think so patch again firmware. I upgraded new actuel FW 37 last number and not fixed. hmmmm. ( )

all videos cannot know how is open. I try All usb sticks but not playing. mp4 wmv mpg etc.

a few sticks All kind Kingston and toshiba. before played not exactly fix ? or reset button for back original settings? where is fix or what
