Noticed yesterday that there were vertical lines visible. All identically spaced. They were not always visible though . Seen them while watching net tv and also on satellite. What causes this?

The lines seem to disappear when switching off Mpeg artefact reduction.
Hi, this is a known effect on the mpeg artefact reduction and had been deeply discussed on German hifi-forum.de. I also switched off the artefact reduction on my 46PFL9705K, and since that all those vertical stripes are gone and the picture looks better than before.Quote:
