Online Registration
Hi, I don't know where else to post this. I have bought a Philips TV recently and now I want to register it online. I already have a user account but I cannot log in. I have reset the password but it still won't work. I am using Safari under Mac OS X and when I try to log in a yellow field appears with an exclamation mark but without any error text. What do I do wrong?

did you test already a different browser (Firefox, Camino, Opera)?

Yes I tried on a Windows 7 with Firefox yesterday. There was exactly the same yellow field that appeared above the text fields for login.

Ok now I found a different login site (one where the login screen doesn't pop up but is integrated in the site) and was able to log in.
