i can't even turn it on, and sonbird repair doesn't work
i bought it from Korea, a Asian country. and i paid 80 bucks for transportation.
i worked part-time to get this item. i am a student.
i plugged it into songbird, and updated my firmware.
Muse was brand-new, never even touched before, arrived two-days ago.
it died and i tried everything, everything in reply. i've got nothing left to do.
what do i do?
New Firmware update available to resolve SA3MUS issues.
Hi Everyone,
Just to confirm the firmware update for the firmware v1.38 for your SA3MUS has now been released and has resolved the issues with this player.
For those who have players that will not turn on please follow these steps below:
1. Connect your player to your PC and let it charge for at least 3 hours as the battery may be flat and will need to charge for this time to turn on.
2. After charging for this time turn on the player and reset the player by holding down the small reset button with a pin for about 10-15 seconds (you will feel it click in hold it down until the player turns off and restarts).
3. Follow the repair instructions in the songbird version from the support page (Download version 2.5.4 for SA3MUS directly from the support page and uninstall any previous songbird versions).
