No answer in NET TV Support !

maybe try to re-config the network settings?
can you delete the net tv memory and try again?

Philips technicians are currently working on this problem (french support) since 3 days
I'm waiting....for the official "solution", maybe a new firmware for 42PFL8404 and BDP5100

I had a short problem yesterday on my Tv ( 9664 ) and did not check it on my BDP ( yesterday ).
Now both are up and running with no problem at all.
Do yours work now again?
