Slow program guide

I have a 32pfl6626t/12 philips television.

I find it annoying that the tv is extremely slow at loading the program guide, even though I have connected the tv to the internet through an ethernet-cable and a 20 Mbit ADSL connection.

Can philips fix it... yes you can :)

I use the internet-based philips program guide, the normal, signal-based program guide, works fine.
