Hissing sound between audio-tracks
Model: 42pfl7576H/12
Firmware: Q5551-0.140.40.0
TV-sound to receiver --> SPDIF
TV is connected wth a cable to my network. Overall DLNA works fine (although i had to convert all my flac's to wave).
My problem: there is a very annoying hissing sound as a break between tracks. And because i like to play my music loudly. Is there a way to prevent this sound?
Some background:
- Until a few months ago i had an analog connection to my receiver (tulip). I remember i had the same problem, but it occurred to my opinion a lot less.
- I have 2 DLNA-servers: Netgear 3700 and a Windows 7 PC. The problem occurs with both.
Re: also with the internal speakers?
Yes, it also happens with the internal speakers. Most of the times it's a short click, but regularly a loud sound. I also play the tracks from the same DLNA server from a PC and then everything is fine, so I know the bad sound is not part of the track.
My hypothesis is that the TV detects a short break between 2 tracks, doesn't know what to do and then produces an 'empty' sound.
