what you announce as new is known under us customers since minimum 2 weeks or even more (see related service request SR #: 50-898660700 @ customer care). Have also reported that to the Net TV support team on 28.11.2011 but didn't receive any answer yet. This depicts a completely unacceptable level of customer care, very close to ignorance.
There are not only problems, the connectivity to Net TV / interactive services / network EPG on 9715 TV sets is simply zero. From customer point of view this is not a simple inconvenience to be accepted but a critical mal-function which is nothing else than a warranty issue.
I have three 9715 (two of them extra bought for Net TV) and i am very close to the point to give them back as a warranty case which is not treated within an acceptable time frame.
For hardware you claim to repair within max. 10 days, for software issues you only apologize for inconvenience...???
Please provide a date where it definetely will work again.

Thus the green smiley within the header of the Net TV page is only telling us that the server is up in some way but it tells nothing about availability of Net TV or possible access from a specific TV type !!!
I absolutely agree with you dk8pn. Hardware issues could repaired in a couple of days - Software issues not in weeks! Thats absolutely unacceptable!
Especially under the point that it worked before!?! So a volunteer pressed the wrong button or whats the problem Philips ??? Could it be that the most problems are house-made?
And you are definitely right dk8pn, "its a critical mal-function". To have no IP-Services is like to buy a TV for thousands of cash and get a 1980 CRT. So wake up Philips, the problem is older than 2 weeks and should be solved NOW !

Same here! I bought the model 32PFL9606H/12 7 days ago and havent been able to connect to Net Tv since! The firmware of the tv is the most recent one I could find (Q5551-0.14.84.0_bld7a).
When can I expect it to be fixed?
May we also know what is in the personal messages? At the moment I feel like being kept in the dark about this problem.

No nettv, no program guide. Since approximately one week.

I am happy to report that 32PFL9606H/12 is able to connect again.
xxPFL9705H/12 is not yet solved.
Hi, got the same problem with a 46PFL6626K/02, purchased 10 days ago. HbbTV works and all other network services, but everytime i want to connect to NetTV, it tries to establish a connection but it goes on and on....nothing happens.
Newest firmware, TV connected per LAN.
