Oké I have brought the TV in earlier this week (Jan 2) at the Philips service centre (via Expert Boskoop). Will let you know whether the problem is fixed when the TV is returned.

40PFL9715 no NetTv, Internet EPG, HbbTv a couple of weeks.
Is there a new software, the NetTv support gave me a link to a file to download, but it doesn't work.

my 46PFL9715/K02 can't connect to Net TV. I've heart that there is a new Firmware Q5551_0.9.25.0. How can I get this?
I've tested the Firmware 9.25, the NetTv is running with that Firmware, but afeter installing the 9.25 I had a very bad sound. So I hope there will be a Firmware with the NetTv feature from the 9.25 and the sound settings from 9.22 ;-))
The very same here, same TV, same SW, approximately the same timeframe it has stopped working.
It's very frustrating that all the users need to seek help in the support forums for an apparently very well known problem. Philips should have communicated openly and not go for a silence.
Anyway, I have sent my MAC address to Mark and am hoping for a quick resolution.
