wasnt using the TV a while, experienced problems with Nettv from December. Meanwhile wrote to consumer care, response so far a huge questionaire. Did reply and now waiting for response/solution. Searching the net I found that I dont seem to be the only one - could it be that the solution for me is the same like for the other guys?
My equipment 40 PFL 9715 K02, SW Q5551-0.9.22.0

Thanks to Mark for his prompt support - its solved with a new software:). The question is really, why this type of perfect support doesnt work if you just contact consumer care, I guess Mark has fixed it for tens or hundreds in this forum but the rest stays probably somewhere in the queue.

Updated to the new firmware version 9.25 and...after deleting my Net TV memory in configuration
and registering my device once more...Net TV works again on my 46PFL9715K - finally!
I can say that it now works more smoothly than before. Net TV page shows up fast. Before it failed to work at all for my TV I already faced some annoying delay in connecting to the Net TV portal. Now it is up in a second.
...and now I'm curious about when the announced new Smart TV portal will start up and whether it will work properly on my TV.

On my TV (37PFL8605M/08) doesn't work NetTV from 1 month (approx).
Today I chat with Help Desk and the operator told me to reset the TV and redo the test... useless indication.
I discovered that new firmware is available for my TV since december 2011.
But it is possible that Philips don't send any email to notify this update ?
So, I've installed new firmware and now it works.
Please PHILIPS: notify availability of update (I've allowed this kind of communication from Philips in my profile).

I hope you can help me, like you could with a lot of others as I saw on the forum.
My TV (42PFL7675H/12, SW version: Q5551-0.140.46.0, MAC: 18-8E-D5-07-AB-27)
won't connect to the net-TV server. This always worked before, but begin december it went wrong. After the latest sw update (begin januari: 140.46) it worked again for a few weeks but sinds about a week it stopt working again !!!! :(
Resetting, clearing net-TV memory, nothing helps.
Please make it work again.

What happened ?
My NetTV worked without any problems for nearly two months and when I tried to use it this afternoon : it started up slowly and once it did it was a new lay-out and a new name (Smart TV). And when I closed it and tried again later, I only saw the 5 or 6 little balls at the bottom move from left to right - for nearly an hour ?? But the NetTV menu did not appear !!
What happened ?? Why did you guys decide to change the new lay-out once again ??

I have a 8505K and have the "term of use" problem that blocks the access to Net TV. I recently upgraded to 140.48 fw. I tried to downgrade to 140.34 as explained on the offical phillips faq but my tv refuses to downgrade with the supplied fw.
What do I do now?
