Am I beeing totally naive, when asking if it is possible to get the money back, when we have a product with lots of the mentioned errors?
If the product had problems when bought, the I think it should be possible - and after reading in here it seems that Phillips knew the problems where there when releasing the product?

@Lucas1970: My MCi both buffer occationally and it looses connection every or every second day.
It is bought from pixmania.com a little over a year ago.
Ok, now there are many things to check. Wireless or wired? If wireless are you far away from your router and can you try more close? USing a fixed channel or an autochannel?
