SA3ARA04K/02 - Philips Songbird, Status Information on PC

Hello everyone,

when connecting the Ariaz (Model s.a.) to my PC (Windows 7), I can manage the files just fine with P.Songbird. But neither Windows nor P.Songbird update the information on the available space OR the battery charge status...

I have to disconnect and re-connect the device, which will provide the status at the time of connection - as soon as anything changes and I want to see these changes - I have to re-connect...

Could you point me to a solution or change that behaviour?
Perhaps one would then be able to choose the intervals of information updates or update manually by using a button?

am not sure wt u mean here.
u mean the firmware upgrade information?

if yes, it's quite manual as i can say...
if there s new firmware, it will prompt u through songbird, and then u hv to go check for update...
