46PFL9705K - unable to update firmware beyond .40

Hi all,

The current version of my TV's firmware is .40 (German version), and I tried to update it to .45 and today to .46, all via an USB stick, formatted on Mac.

However, in both cases my TV fails to program the new firmware and returns a failure message stating that it was not able to update to .46_com.

In addition, I have to reboot the TV after the failed update attempt.

Can anyone give me a hint how to update, please?

You must format a pen usb on FAT or FAT32.
