NP3900/12 freezes at least by every second start

When starting my NP3900/12 (Software Version V G5.59S) it freezes at least by every second start. I than have to cut off the power and force it to do a cold start. When do so the last time it loses all settings. So I had to reenter all my settings. I can’t accept this. If there’s no solution I’ll give back the device.

When does that freezing exactly occur? When playing back form internet radio, going through menus, DLNA use etc??

The freezing occur right after pressing the power on button on the remote control before the playing back form internet radio starts.

Silly question but also this hapens when pushing the button on the device????
