White screen on NP2900

My NP2900 only has a white screen - nothing works. Any idea?

Unplugg the mains and leave them out for some while

I unplugged the NP2900 for a long time - still the same problem. When I switch on the power, the screen of the device turns totally white - sometimes with a faint flicker. I can switch it off with the main switch, any other switch and also the remote have no function....
